ABOUT US

Church Farm Barns is a rustic farm building conversion, that offers a fusion between modern inside decor and an older style country barn. This spacious 4 bedroom house also features a large kitchen, dining room, lounge, and utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The barn comfortably sleeps up to 8 Guests.

The house has 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin rooms. There is also a toilet downstairs, a modern main bathroom upstairs and an ensuite in the principle bedroom. The log fire in the living room makes it the perfect place to relax on winter nights, there are also 3 sofas around the room and a large 55'' 4K smart TV, that can keep you entertained on rainy days.

The barn is located in the heart of Gayton, a much sought after country village and is located opposite the renowned 15th-century pub "The Crown Inn”, that welcomes well-trained dogs and families. Whether it is a warming hot chocolate or some good food, this the place to be. The property is also located next to a spectacular 16th-century Church and a small farm yard that houses the sheep. 

Church Farm Barns in located 25-minute drive away from Brancaster beach, Hunstanton beach and Snettisham beach. 

Hunstanton Pier offers many fun things to do like: strolling down the promenade, a bowling ally, ice skating rink, swimming pool, crazy golf, mini-golf, two funfairs, the Sealife centre and even Monster Wash which is a great boat ride out on the wash and hopefully, you will see the seals. This makes a perfect day out for families, friends and couples.
